3.  Ch. 1/Sect. 1 pgs. 64-67. Read and highlight main idea sentence/details as instructed in class!!

1. Check over Lesson 2  How You See Yourself-Your Emotional Needs/Green handout)
2. Passed out Plutchick's Wheel of Emotions

Day 2

1. Begin Lesson 3 Managing Stress
2. Read and discuss the What Is Stress section
3. Highlight the four main topics and facts from the section
4. Composition book: "Outline" the section and highlight topic titles

Day 3

1. Finish outlining What is Stress section
2. Read and discuss How Your Body Responds to Stress
3. Highlight the  main topics and facts from section
4. Composition book: "Outline" the section and highlight topic titles
5. Body outline with captions. Fill out and glue/staple in comp. book
6. Outline the process described.

Day 4

1. Read and discuss Managing Stress
2. Repeat steps described in Day 2 and Day 3
3. Stress thermometer handout. Glue/staple in comp. book.  Fill out
